Helping Columbia Falls Move, Heal, and Have a Little Fun Along the Way

Welcome to Glacier Peaks Physical Therapy, where expert care meets a fresh, friendly vibe in the heart of Columbia Falls. We’ve recently moved into our new home—an old church that we’ve transformed into a bright, welcoming space filled with energy, laughter, and a deep passion for helping people feel their best.

Led by Jackie and our amazing team of physical therapists, we believe healing should be personal, uplifting, effective and fun. From sports injuries to pregnancy & postpartum rehab to everyday aches and pains, we tailor every treatment to fit your goals and lifestyle. Our one-on-one sessions with a Doctor of Physical Therapy ensure you get the attention, expertise, and motivation you need to get back to doing what you love—pain-free.

We love the Flathead Valley and are proud to serve our Columbia Falls community with top-notch physical therapy that’s grounded in both science and heart. Whether you’re an athlete, an adventurer, or just want to move and live better, we’re here to guide you every step of the way.

And for those who need flexibility, we still bring our mobile physical therapy services to homes, offices, and gyms across the Flathead Valley—because great care should always meet you where you are.
