Comprehensive Physical Therapy Care

Every treatment begins with a thorough musculoskeletal examination to identify the root cause of your symptoms, injury, or post-operative limitations. Our doctors of physical therapy review your medical history, assess posture, muscle strength, range of motion, and perform specialized orthopedic and neurologic tests as needed.

From this evaluation, we develop a customized treatment plan that may include hands-on interventions, therapeutic exercise, and individualized home programs. Sessions typically range from 45–90 minutes, depending on your needs, and take place either in our studio, or at your location.

We treat a wide range of orthopedic and neurologic conditions, including, but not limited to:

  • Total joint replacements

  • ACL, PCL, MCL, and LCL repair

  • Meniscus repair

  • Ankle sprains and surgeries

  • Rotator cuff dysfunction

  • Osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis

  • Stroke recovery (CVA)

  • Parkinson’s Disease

  • Amputation rehabilitation

  • Balance training & fall prevention

  • Blood flow restriction therapy

  • And more!

I can’t recommend working with Jackie and Glacier Peaks enough! Not only is Jackie highly skilled, but she is compassionate and understanding on how injuries impact our daily lives and engagement in meaningful activities. After entering my second trimester, I developed significant discomfort/pain in my SI joint that impacted routine movement and put stop on exercising the way I wanted to. After a couple of highly tailored sessions and an exercise program, I am moving around pain free and back to engaging in the activities that bring me joy. She also is highly specialized in the pelvic floor and has been crucial in helping me prepare for birth in order to have as smooth as a recovery as possible.

The Physical Therapists are so kind, graceful, and motivating. They made me feel like I was someone special. I was just doing a pre-employment screening, and they treated me as if I was one of their friends. They made my day a great one. I will recommend this establishment to everyone.

I began working with Jackie six weeks postpartum following a C-section, and I only wish I had done physical therapy after my first child. Jackie introduced me to techniques and information I had never heard of—I’m honestly shocked this kind of care isn’t automatically offered to every woman after childbirth. Her expertise and compassionate approach far exceeded my expectations. I gained strength quickly and finally discovered the source of my pain. I would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone!

I have been going to Glacier Peaks for years now and Dr. Jackie has been keeping me running and skiing the whole time. A couple years ago I had a race a week out and something weird happened to my knee. Dr. Jackie worked her physio wizardry and I got to run the race. Thanks again!

Jackie and Glacier Peaks Mobil PT is incredible. As a "Boomer" I was skeptical of Dry Needling but within 30 minutes my range of motion (ROM) increased and most of my pain dissipated. Within 2 days there was no pain and my ROM improved even more. I strongly recommend Glacier Peaks!
